Canine Eye Clinic 2026
The Flathead Kennel Club will be sponsoring an OFA CAER Eye Clinic on April 25, 2026 from 8 am - 4:30 pm. Exams will be conducted by Carrie Breaux, DVM, DACVO.
This Clinic is an OFA clinic only. Medical exams will not be offered.
The Clinic will be held at Central Valley Animal Hospital, 3650 US Hwy 2, Kalispell, MT 59901.
Early Bird pre-paid cost of each exam is $55.00 until April 17, 2026. Non-refundable after April 17, 2026.
$60 for appointments made after April 17, 2026 and for non prepaid exams.
Pre payment is via PayPal or CHECK only. PayPal option below. A $2.50 convenience fee will be applied to payments made via PayPal.
PrePayment via check of $55 per exam can be mailed to Linda Carden, 17 Glacier Circle, Kalispell, MT 59901. Payment must be received prior to April 17, 2026.
If not pre-paid, payment will be via cash or check only at the time of the exam. US Funds only and NO Credit Cards or Debit Cards will be accepted at the time of exam. Register early to obtain desired appointment time.
CAER exam is by appointment only. No appointments will be made the day of the exam. Register early to obtain desired appointment time.

All registrants must pre-register at www.ofa.org\online Login or create a user name and password. Create a New Application and enter your dog's information. You must bring your case number and if possible, your printed forms, with you to your scheduled appointment. Registration cannot be completed at the time of the clinic. PRE-REGISTRATION WITH OFA IS REQUIRED.
Bring the following information with you to the exam: Dog's registered name, date of birth, sex, permanent ID number (via microchip or tattoo).
